Day 1
Gokarna
On arrival at the Goa airport, you will be met by a representative who will proceed to drive you to Gokarna. The town of Gokarna is absolutely stunning, guaranteeing you a wonderful vacation. With its pristine beaches and landscapes, as well as the fascinating history and culture, Gokarna is the perfect place for a relaxing and illuminating pilgrimage in Karnataka for both beach lovers and devotees. You will check into the hotel and relax yourself with an overnight stay at the comfortable premises and prepare yourself for the next day which is sure to be full of fun filled activities and visits.
Day 2
Gokarna
After a hearty breakfast at the hotel, we will proceed to a tour of the town, where we will visit many of the most important sights of Gokarna. First, we will visit Mirjan fort, which was built on the banks of the Aghanashini river which is a tributary of the Sharavati river. The fort is famous for its elegant architectural style. After this, we will proceed on to Koti Tirtha, which is an immensely sacred spot for any Hindu, due to the rich legends and myths behind the artificial water tank. After paying our respects and seeking blessings from the Lord, we will then visit the beautiful Gokarna beach which is located right behind the Mahabaleshwar Temple. You can participate in fun activities like surfing and boating, and even watch the beautiful sunset. Finally, we will retire to the hotel for overnight stay. (B)
Day 3
Gokarna
After breakfast at the hotel, we will proceed on to explore more of this town. We will be visiting the Bhadrakali temple, which is said to have been built in honour of the Goddess Uma, who had been requested by the Lord Vishnu to reside in this town after she was abandoned by the demon Ravana. After this temple, we will visit the half moon beach, which is gorgeous, and more importantly, less crowded and smaller! We will then visit the Kudle beach which is one of the more popular beaches in the town. At the end of this eventful day, we will retire back to the hotel. (B)
Day 4
Murudeswara
Have breakfast in the hotel and then proceed on to the neighbouring town of Murudeshwara, which is considered to be very sacred and rich in history. We will first check in to the hotel and relax a bit-- you can choose to visit any of the fascinating places in this town, like the Murudeshwara Temple, the Lord Shiva Statue which is the second biggest Shiva statue in the world, or the Ganesh Temple-- or even the beautiful beaches in this area. We will stay overnight in Murudeshwara. (B)
Day 5
Departure
After having a happy breakfast, we will check out of the hotel and proceed to Goa airport, but only after enjoying some time shopping at the local markets and getting a taste of the local flavor. We will drop you off at Goa from where you can make your way home with happy memories of your trip.
